What you will do

Extract genomic DNA, plasmid DNA, and total RNA from biological samples
Set up and run PCR / qPCR reactions, troubleshoot failed runs
Run agarose and SDS-PAGE gels and document results
Perform basic cloning steps — restriction digest, ligation, transformation
Submit samples for Sanger sequencing and analyse chromatograms
