What is the Cell Culture Workshop?

What you will do

Operate a biosafety cabinet correctly and maintain aseptic discipline
Sub-culture, count, and freeze-store mammalian cells
Run viability assays — trypan blue exclusion, MTT
Cryopreserve and recover cells from liquid nitrogen
Diagnose and respond to bacterial, fungal, and mycoplasma contamination
